The optimized Thermomix® TM6 spatula is designed for comfortable stirring and mixing, including during operation when used correctly. Compared with the previous version, it is slightly longer and has a better grip; most importantly, it features a flexible tip that helps remove mixtures such as dough, creams or ice from the mixing bowl more easily. It also allows you to lift the simmering basket safely and effortlessly.
For safe use while the motor is running, use only the official Thermomix® spatula and insert it from above through the lid opening. The safety collar prevents contact with the blade, so you can guide ingredients during cooking, stirring or chopping.
